Switching property managers is usually much easier than most landlords expect. Once you've signed with Easylets, we'll guide you through the process, liaise with your current property manager, arrange the transfer of documents, and notify your tenants where required. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
That depends on your preference. Some owners like regular involvement, while others prefer a fully managed service. We tailor our communication to suit your needs.
We conduct thorough tenant checks, including rental history, references, affordability verification, and suitability assessments before recommending applicants.
Routine inspections are carried between 12 to 14 weeks in accordance with your insurance requirement and our management processes. You'll receive updates and reports following inspections.
Tenants can report maintenance issues directly to us. We coordinate repairs using trusted contractors and keep you informed throughout the process.
We collect rent on your behalf and transfer funds to you twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of each month. You'll receive detailed statements and reporting with every payment.
We monitor rent payments daily and act quickly if a payment is missed. We'll contact the tenant promptly, follow up in line with the Residential Tenancies Act, and keep you informed throughout the process. Our proactive approach helps minimise arrears and protect your rental income.
