Co-Owner / Property Manager

Anita's background is in residential real estate sales. Over 14 years Anita have worked with buyers, sellers and tenants right across the Hibiscus Coast. That experience gives Anita a view of property that goes beyond day-to-day management. She understands what landlords need, what tenants want, and what it takes to protect and grow an investment for the long term. Anita is a proud Orewa local, living here with her husband and business partner Lane, sons - Amirul and Daniel, and cat, Ruby.

Lane Sanger

Business Development Manager

Lane is an award-winning real estate consultant with over 16 years of experience in residential sales. Lane oversees operations, ensures everything runs smoothly, and brings a sharp understanding of market trends and strategy that most property management companies simply don't have. Together, Anita and Lane offer something rare - hands-on local knowledge and award-winning real estate expertise, all under one roof.
