Co-Owner / Property Manager

Anita’s background is in residential real estate sales and property management. She has worked with property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants right across the Hibiscus Coast. This experience gives Anita a view of property that goes beyond day-to-day management.

She understands what landlords need, what tenants want, and what it takes to protect and grow an investment for the long term. Anita is a proud Orewa local.

Lane Sanger

Business Development Manager

Lane is an award-winning real estate consultant specialising in Hibiscus Coast real estate. He oversees operations, ensures everything runs smoothly, and brings a wealth of residential sales experience, local market knowledge and strategic insight to the business. Together, Anita and Lane offer something special - hands-on property management backed by trusted local expertise and award-winning real estate experience.
