4 Weeks Free Management Fees Terms & Conditions
- 1. Offer Overview
- New landlords or landlords who switch their property management services to Easylets Property Management will receive 4 weeks of Property Management fees waived. This promotional offer is designed to welcome new clients and showcase the value of our service. 2. Management Fee Waiver Details - Management fees will be waived entirely for the first 4 weeks.
- - All other fees (e.g., letting fee, maintenance, marketing) will be billed as per our standard fees structure.
- - After the 4-week promotional period, the standard management fee will apply for the remainder of the agreement as per our standard fees structure.
- 3. Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for the offer:
- - You must be a new landlord client of Easylets (not under current or prior contract).
- - Your property must be located within the Hibiscus Coast.
- - You must sign a standard 12-month management agreement with Easylets within the promotional window.
- 4. Promotional Period
- - The 4-week free period starts on the tenancy start date.
- 5. Limitations & Exclusions
- - This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.
- - Multiple properties owned by the same landlord are eligible, but each must be under individual agreements.
- - Easylets reserves the right to terminate the offer early or decline any application at our discretion.
- 6. Early Termination Clause Should the landlord terminate the agreement before the full 12-month term is completed, Easylets Property Management reserves the right to charge a termination fee equivalent to 4 weeks’ Management Fee. This clause applies regardless of when the termination occurs and serves as compensation for the waived management fees and onboarding costs.
- 7. Right to Amend
- Easylets Property Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or end the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.
